Production Time:

production time may vary depending on the amount of work we have. Maximum it will take us 10 business days to ship your order.

Metal Hardware:

How to care for the metal hardware: you should avoid salt water if you take your dog to the beach make sure you clean the product with tap water asap to prevent stains.

 

Shipping:

We won't be held accountable for lost orders if it is orders with no tracking number. We will give you feedback in all orders with tracking number.

 

Size:

Collar sizes are available in the description of each collar in our store. If you are still unsure which size to choose please contact us we would be happy to help If you choose the wrong size we change but the postage is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Defective product:

If there is a manufacturing defect in our products we will exchange or refund your money.

Warranty:

under the terms of Portuguese legislation in force, all items sold by us are guaranteed for 2 years.

 

For warranty purposes, the invoice/receipt number or other suitable proof of purchase must be indicated.

We exclude any liability for damage to items resulting from careless use of the products, accidents, neglected or inappropriate use as well as normal wear and tear of accessories.


Some of the cases where the warranty is not applicable:

·         Bite / gnawed by the animal

·         discoloration due to exposure to sunlight or abrasive detergents

·         Whenever the accessory is altered by the customer or unauthorized third parties

·         Whenever the product in question has been used under conditions considered to be abnormal:

accessories that are subjected to abrasive surfaces such as walls, etc.

Accessories that show tears as a result of the animal's unsupervised interaction with its peers


All products are checked, before being shipped, however, upon arrival of the order, the customer must analyze it carefully and in case of any non-compliance, it must be communicated to us immediately.

Exchange:

We exchange non-personalized products within 15 days after the customer receives it.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error made on our part.

The exchange is only allowed for an item of equal or greater value, in the latter case having to pay the remaining amount.

the exchange of products must comply with the following conditions:

·         Return of products in good condition, without any sign of use, with original packaging;

·         Custom product exchanges (tags, engraved zips, etc) are not accepted

·         In case the product is shipped, it is the Customer's responsibility with regard to costs, loss, damage it may suffer during transport and delays. ​

 

All products will be checked upon arrival at our studio and only those who respect the exchange conditions will be accepted for exchange/return.

 

Pets & Props reserves the right not to accept products that do not comply with these conditions.
